His expertise will always be beneficial to the organizations in developing and implementing best flair that translates to the post pandemic world. He has scaled the professional ladder on the fast track through humility, vigor, valor, and dynamic leadership. He has worked at various leadership positions while scaling new standards of professional excellence, charting new avenues of sustainable growth, and consolidating his previous organizations’/ institutes’ position as a key player at the national and international fronts.

His forte is Human Resources that includes Strategic Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Training and Development. He has exposure in Digitizing HR Processes and Operations. He is currently working as Group Director Human Resource . He previously spearheaded Human Resource for renowned corporate and academic institutions. He also remains connected to various corporate & Education Institutions/Universities as Educational Consultant , Digital Marketing Strategist, Corporate Trainer, Motivational/Guest Speaker, Visiting Faculty, and External Supervisor.

He had his PhD (Doctorate) in Management along with MS with distinction having 23 National & International Research Publications and Presentations & also presented research paper at global forum. While heading Islamic Banking Learning Portfolio Country Wide at Bank Alfalah and For North Region in Meezan Bank he also had his various certifications in Islamic Finance as Master Trainer. He is Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) from Ethica UAE a Certified Banker & Trainer.
